据新华社埃里温10月20日电 （记者刘书辰、苟洪景）《生物多样性公约》第十七次缔约方大会（COP17）“中国角”19日在亚美尼亚首都埃里温开幕。中国生态环境部部长黄润秋在开幕式上致辞时表示，全球生物多样性保护行动尚未达到预期，各方应加大力度落实政策措施和保护行动。
