10月23日，由上海振华重工集团为中交上航局建造的国内首艘采用分布式舱内泥泵设计的特大型自航耙吸挖泥船“新海鲸1”轮，在江苏启东正式交付，标志着我国疏浚装备实现从总体设计到核心部件的全链条自主可控。
